Here is a guide on how to edit your motion graphics templates (.mogrt) files in the Essential Graphics panel and timeline in Premiere Pro. All Motioncraver templates come with a wide range of controls, ensuring that you will be able to create results that fit your project perfectly.
  • Open the Graphics Templates Panel if it is not already open by choosing Windows > Graphic Templates

  • Double-click the preview in theĀ  Motioncraver extension to add at the playhead position, or drag .mogrts from the Graphic Templates panel to the timeline.

  • Select the .mogrt layer in the timeline to open the Properties Panel (Windows > Properties)

  • Adjust the controls to fit your needs. Use the scale, position, and rotation controls in the Effect Controls panel when necessary.

Quick Tips

  • Cut a .mogrt layer before the outro animation to create a hold frame

  • Click + hold and drag the end of the .mogrt layer to extend the duration between the intro and outro animations, or the hold frame when the layer is cut.

  • Drag your media to the drop zone of the placeholder for .mogrts with media, then double-click to open a separate timeline for the media.

  • Click the “i” symbol to see the font info, install any missing fonts or shift-select then right-click and choose “Sync Missing Fonts” for Adobe fonts or when a Fonts.mogrt file has been provided.

  • To get rid of ghosting around the edges, set any mogrts with a glow or blur to screen in the Blend Mode settings of the Effect Controls panel.
