1. Open files from the Premiere Files Folder

2. Convert and Save if  Necessary

3.  Open Your Project or Create a New Project

1. Open the project you want to add the Motion Pro assets to, or create a new project.

2. Drag and Drop assets from the Motion Pro project file’s project window

into the timeline of your project.

3. If you prefer you can select File > Import from the top menu to do a basic import into your project.
